Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via USPS with multiple shipping options available. Transit times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing so you can be sure your order will get where it needs to go in time! We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order is missing items or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours or receiving your package with pictures of the packaging/products and your invoice. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and get you your fragrances!
Return Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance oils and our commitment to product safety and quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
